THE AUTHOR

Attlee Hue, having grown up in poverty, managed to achieve financial freedom at the age of 41. But more impressively, he has continued to stay unemployed for almost two decades (and counting) while maintaining an enviable lifestyle. He practiced as a lawyer for 15 years, founded a lucrative private equity firm and equipped himself with an MBA (Investment and Finance), Hull University, and earned the prestigious CFA charterholder designation. DIY portfolio management is what he breathes and thinks of most of the day. The rest of the day, he cracks jokes that no one laughs at, except himself. In between, he writes this book so that you can also laugh at him laughing at himself. More importantly, if you apply the strategies laid out in the book, you might just join him in the ultimate achievement — successfully retiring in peace (RIP).
